What the numbers mean in practice
Short Run is free forever, not a timed trial. You get 20 new quotes per month and 40 catalog adds per month. A catalog add is when you pull a supplier SKU into a quote from S&S, SanMar, or PromoStandards. If you hit the cap mid-month, you wait for the reset or upgrade.
Short Run includes 1 seat, core quotes, production list, job costing on the list view, payments, and proof uploads. Work order Production tab, MockLab, OB-5, live merch publish, install board, QuickBooks, automations, and most extra integrations require The Full Run.
The Full Run trial is 14 days with no credit card. After trial, pick monthly ($120) or yearly ($1,000, saves $440 vs monthly). Ten users are included; each extra user is $10/mo. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription via Stripe.

It is meant for solo owners and shops proving the workflow before they move the whole team. You still get real supplier quoting, production list, and payments.

Each time you add a supplier catalog item to a quote from a connected supplier, it counts toward the 40/month cap.
Reusing an item already on the quote does not add another count. High-volume shops usually move to The Full Run for unlimited catalog use.
New quote creation pauses until the monthly reset or you upgrade to The Full Run.
Existing quotes, sales orders, and production jobs stay open. You are not locked out of work already in the system.
Short Run allows 1 user. The Full Run includes 10 users.
Add users in Settings and invite staff by email. Extra users beyond 10 are $10/month each, billed through Stripe.

Yes. OB-5 is part of The Full Run, not a separate SKU.
OB-5 does not invent dollar amounts. Quotes and line pricing come from your catalog, matrices, and shop settings. OB-5 Brain setup is required before draft and employee features run.
OBPrint subscription is separate from payment processing.
Square and Stripe charge their own processing fees when you take customer payments. Connect your own merchant accounts.
