Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of OBPrint, a software platform provided by OpsBuilt, LLC ("OpsBuilt", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using OBPrint, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

OBPrint is a business management platform designed for print shops and related businesses.

You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & Billing

OBPrint operates on a subscription-based model with an optional free trial.

After any free trial, your subscription automatically renews each billing period at the plan rate shown at checkout (currently $50/month or $500/year, plus applicable tax) until you cancel.

  • Pricing and trial length are shown before you complete checkout
  • Payments are processed through Stripe (and optionally Square for customer payments)
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
  • Cancel anytime in Settings → Payment & billing via the Stripe billing portal
  • Organization owners may permanently delete the account from the same page (this cancels billing and removes shop data)

California and other U.S. residents: you may cancel online as easily as you signed up — no phone call required. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

4. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all data entered into OBPrint, including:

  • Customer information
  • Quotes, sales orders, and invoices
  • Uploaded files, artwork, and assets

OpsBuilt, LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-provided data.

5. Tax, VAT, and GST

OBPrint includes tools to configure tax rates, tax codes, VAT/GST labels, customer tax identifiers, and reverse-charge or tax-exempt workflows.

These features are provided as software tools only. OBPrint is not a tax advisor, accountant, or legal counsel and does not guarantee compliance with any federal, state, provincial, or international tax law.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Configuring accurate tax rates, tax codes, and tax labels for your jurisdiction
  • Verifying that quotes, sales orders, and invoices reflect correct tax treatment before sending them to customers
  • Confirming the validity of any customer VAT/GST ID before applying reverse-charge, tax-exempt, or zero-rated treatment
  • Meeting your own registration, reporting, and remittance obligations in every jurisdiction where you do business

Reverse charge and tax-exempt treatment:

When OBPrint applies reverse-charge or tax-exempt status based on a customer VAT/GST ID or other data you enter, that determination is made using your inputs and settings. You remain responsible for the final tax treatment of every transaction.

OpsBuilt, LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Incorrect tax, VAT, or GST calculations or labels
  • Penalties, interest, audits, or disputes arising from your tax configuration or customer data
  • Business losses resulting from reliance on OBPrint tax features without independent verification

All tax decisions remain your responsibility. Consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your business and jurisdiction.

6. Third-Party Integrations

OBPrint integrates with third-party services including, but not limited to:

  • Google (OAuth, Gmail access if enabled)
  • Stripe and Square (payments)
  • Dropbox (file storage)
  • Twilio, EasyPost, and other APIs

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or outages of third-party services
  • Changes to third-party APIs or functionality
  • Data handling practices of third-party providers

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Pricing Tools & Cost Helpers Disclaimer

OBPrint includes pricing tools, cost calculators, and cost helpers designed to assist users in estimating pricing, costs, and profitability.

These tools are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

OpsBuilt, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any pricing, cost calculations, or suggested values generated by the platform.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying all pricing and cost calculations
  • Ensuring pricing reflects actual costs, overhead, labor, and business operations
  • Reviewing all quotes, sales orders, and invoices before sending to customers

OBPrint relies on user-provided inputs.

Incorrect or incomplete inputs may result in inaccurate outputs.

OpsBuilt, LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Pricing errors
  • Lost profits
  • Underpriced or overpriced jobs
  • Business decisions made based on generated estimates

All pricing decisions are made at the user's own discretion and risk.

8. OB-5 AI Assistant Disclaimer

OBPrint may include access to an AI-powered assistant ("OB-5") that provides guidance, suggestions, and general information.

OB-5 is an automated system and may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation.

All information provided by OB-5 is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or business advice.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying all information provided by OB-5
  • Reviewing outputs before taking action
  • Making final decisions regarding pricing, production, and business operations

OpsBuilt, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses.

OpsBuilt, LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
  • Actions taken based on OB-5 responses
  • Any direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated information

OB-5 is a support tool only. All decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use OBPrint for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Interfere with system performance or security
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to OBPrint at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OBPrint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free performance
  • That the platform will meet all user expectations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsBuilt, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Errors in pricing, calculations, tax treatment, or automation
  • Incorrect tax, VAT, or GST labels or amounts on user-generated documents
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of OBPrint is at your own risk.

13. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain user data as long as accounts remain active or as necessary to provide services.

Organization owners can delete their account and shop data from Settings → Payment & billing. Deletion cancels any active Stripe subscription immediately, then removes your data.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of OBPrint after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OpsBuilt, LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of OBPrint
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any data, content, or materials you submit or process through the platform
  • Any business decisions, pricing, tax treatment, or communications made using OBPrint

18. Force Majeure

OpsBuilt, LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud provider outages (including Vercel, Supabase, AWS, etc.)
  • Internet or infrastructure failures
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or emergencies
  • Third-party service disruptions

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to OBPrint
  • The user may be held responsible for the full amount disputed, plus any associated fees or costs incurred

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. User Content and Files

You retain ownership of any content you upload to OBPrint.

By using the platform, you grant OpsBuilt, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent that you have the legal right to upload and use all content submitted to OBPrint.
